Alyssa Ramos Reynoso, co-founder and CEO of Schools for Sustainability, Inc and Urban Bee, LLC, presented our opening program of the season!
Exploring “Advocacy Through Storytelling: One Woman, One Dream” Reynoso explained her triumphant escape from homelessness, to now establishing sustainable high schools and curriculum globally. We learned about the mission of Schools for Sustainability, Inc. and how they plan to inspire and empower women globally. Most importantly, we left with the tools to create our own story of advocacy and transform those words into real global change.
